Introduction

Cost Monitor is an application which extends the functionality of the Schools Maintenance Management (SMM) application to provide cost control and reporting on projects under construction management.

Cost Monitor provides for comprehensive estimating and then provides for estimates to be transferred and transformed into a cost code based budget where variations, expenditure and forecast end costs can be entered to reflect the accurate status of a project at any time in the project duration.
