Project Management Reports Register

The Project Management Reports Register is project related. Management Reports are written by the Project Manager and are Reports listed, by default, in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top) in the reports register. There are several areas/topics prompting content for a report and financial infomration can be inserted into the report. Management reports are usually accompanied by Project Ffinancial Reports for the project.

 

Reports comprise 8 sections:

Progress This Month:

 

This section is created in the New Report Wizard and is augmented by the inclusion of the cost summary data if this option is selected. The table of cost summary data is similar to that shown below.

Where a summary line is a minor costcode and toggled for inclusion, that line only is included in the table as shown above. Where a summary line is a major costcode, the minor codes are rolled up or summarised into that major costcode and included in the table. In this way, it is possible to provide a rollup of major codes as well as displaying chosen minor costcode line items if desired.
