The application is designed to report errors to the developers directly via email.

 

User must ensure that the settings above are set correctly before using the software for the first time:

For operation of ERS from the desktop

SMTP Host: 10.130.144.14

User ID: smmers

Password: bgroup

 

ERS is able to recognise that it is running under citrix access, in which case the following settings should prevail. These setting will be set by the software but may be changed by the operator and will remain as set for the life of a session. No users ID or passwrod is required when running under citrix

SMTP Host: mail.servicefirst.nsw.gov.au

User ID: [blank]

Password: [blank]

 

Ensure that "User SMTP Client" is selected.

 

Finally, click the Test Send button to receive a confirmation message. If the settings are incorrect, an error message will result.

 

Other setting on this page can remain unchanged unless you are directed to make a change under supervision.
