•Quality of Service
•Work in Progress (WIP or Safety), and
•Completed

 

Quality or Service and Completed audits comprise measurement of 6 characteristics:

•Response
•Quality
•Communication
•Safety
•Administration, and
•Service

 

Each of these 6 characteristics are measured in terms of:

•Unsatisfactory
•Acceptable
•Good, and
•Excellent

 

These audits also attract Audit Notes, Customer Comments, Customer Suggestions, Action Taken in the form of free form notes.

Audits also attract a non-conformance flag where deemed necessary.

 

WIP or Safety Audits comprise an additional area of performance measurement. 12 separate areas (78 items) relating to safety are:
