Operator Functions

When a user logs into the ERS application an SQL Role is selected as part of the login process. This role is remembered between logins and is rarely in need of change.

This Role declaration provides for access to the matching components of the database and also helps tailor the application with regard to menu options and screen access.

The following sections describe functions which pertain most often to those carried out by call centre personnel.
