All work is automatically saved, during normal operation, at regular intervals. The default setting is every 5 minutes. Please leave this default unless you are specifically instructed to change it.

 

Typically, during times of high traffic (i.e. heavy use of the application), this feature may be turned off. During heavy use, normal software operation provides ample means of saving work application without interference from the software users. During periods of very light use it is best advised to turn this feature on so you will automatically see changes to the data as a result of other users' edits.
