When an event is imported, the player groups reflect the time sheet groupings as they are before running the report. If groupings change after scorecards are printed, it is possible to swap players between cells.

 

Do not use the swap row function since this breaks the player registration.

 

If after the even is imported, players are still required to be moved, the move Earlier, Move Later button can be used.

 

 

Simply select a player in the player list for the group in question, and click Move Earlier or Move Later. The player will move into the earlier of later group, and group times and gaps will be re-calculated automatically.

 

This feature is not available after processing is complete.
