If you need to contact meta for support, please select the the TeamViewer Support menu option on the help menu.
A small application will start and provide Your ID and a password.
Once started support can be provided over the phone by temporarily taking control of your PC.
Issues can be resolved and demonstrations can be provided on the operation of the software.
A new password is generated each time the support software is started. Access to your PC is limited to when you provide permission to do so.
