The Estimates in PCC are customised to the task of stone production. Cost Monitor is used when a more detailed building estimate is required.
It is possible to import one or more PCC Estimates into a Cost Monitor Estimate as separate Trades.
This procedure therefore offers a comprehensive way to take specialist estimates into an environment where the cost control function is to be used to deliver the project.
