The typical workflow for Heritage Stoneworks integrates Production Control Centre (PCC) with Cost Monitor (CM). Estimating, both building works and stone production is followed by approvals. When a client accepts a quotation provided, Project control continues in PCC by converting PCC estimates to Production Schedules (including stock control steps) and Project Management/Financial Control is handled in the Cost Monitor cost control module.
