The costing view of the estimate shows the system calculated Labour and Material for each line item. If the material cost is not included for the estimate, the material cost will not be extended to the item total or included in the estimate total. If the Material cost is to be included in the estimate, click the "Material Cost included" checkbox. You will notice the entire estimate is recalculated to chow material cost as an extended inclusion.
