An Estimate can be deleted at any time. Right lick on the estimate listing (left hand side of screen) and select Delete Estimate. The estimate details will also be deleted with this action. For good record keeping, it is advisable to keep all estimates that have been converted to production schedules. The estimate can also be made "Inactive" to avoid seeing it from day to day.

 

When an estimate in archive is needed, Select View|Filter Active from the main menu. This toggle action hides or unhides records that have been tagged inactive.
