The ADMIN role is the only user who is permitted to see a list of all users registered on the system.

 

The User List window can be used to edit a user's name details and re-enter a forgotten password.

 

Once a user has been created, the USERID or login id cannot be changed. If the userid requires to be changed, simply remove the user and add another one with the correct user id.
