Monthly Project reports are started via the New Report Wizard.

 

New Report Wizard|Description Tab

 

Enter the Report Description and statement of progress this month to start a new report.

 

 

New Report Wizard|Settings Tab

 

Declare the report revision and the report date. Check the boxes shown in the second page of the wizard is you wish the report to include a Cost Summary table and/or a table of approved variations.

 

The Cost Summary table will comprise the project totals as well as the summary costcode total of all summary lines which re marked as 'Toggle Report inclusion'.
