The word being looked up appears in the ComboBox under the "Looked Up" label. The ComboBox allows you to jump back to a previous word that was looked up as well.

Contexts Listbox displays a suggested replacement and the word type - for example  "adj." implies adjective, "n." implies noun, etc. When clicking on an entry the listbox to the right fills with suggested words for replacement.

Selecting an entry from those list on the right, places it into the "Replace With" Edit Box.

Lookup Button - pressing this causes the word selected on the right to become the "looked up" word. Double clicking on a word in the right listbox has the same affect.

Previous Button - if you have looked up more than one word in this dialog session you can use this button to step back through those words. Alternatively, you can use the "Looked Up" ComboBox.

Replace Button - causes the word in the originally selected word to be replaced by the word in the "Replace With" edit box.

Close - exits the dialog without any replacement occurring.
