Comments marked with a blue bar marker are internal Memos. Those displayed with a red marker are templates intended for Faxes. The templates are readily editable for future use within the Job Fax/Memo function.

 

Embedded codes of type <EA#>, <WA#> and <QA#> are used as place holders for system generated approval numbers.

 

The purple bar signifies the department. The Accounts department can maintain a separate set of templates from the Operators.

 

It is also possible to flag a comment as one which provides a completed signature for a job.
