Contractor Responses

Contractor responses are standardised and can be set to imply an OnHold status for the contractor. During job allocation, a contractor requesting callback may be given an OnHold response and is signified on the allocation view with a green bar.

Contractors with an OnHold response remain at the top of the contractor list on the allocation screen until a new non-OnHold response is applied.

The sequence field can be used to provide an arbitrary order of presentation of responses to the Operator. Refer to OnHold Responses in the Job Allocation topic.
