Trade/Element List

The Trade/Element list provides for an arbitrary code used to sort the trade. You may edit this column at any time to move a trade to another position in the list.

Each Trade/Element is assigned a Phase (Preliminaries (blue)/Construction (red)/Completion (green)) and can by virtue of this assignment acquire the labour rate for that Phase and Trade Code. Refer to Labour Rate Administration for more details.

Each time the project is saved, the trade total and project totals are recalculated from the item list for each trade.

The popup menu on the Trade/Element list provides for the creation of a new trade, deletion of the selected trade, assignment of trade rate (labour) and the separate assignment of project phase.
