Rail Industry Safety Induction

All new jobs are, by default declared as not requiring Rail Industry Safety Induction (RISI) (ne track safety awareness).

According to the client portfolio setup, certain clients are registered to require RISI for all jobs by default. In this case, all new jobs for this client are set to require RISI but the operator is able to unselect RISI where the caller is able to confirm that this is the case.

The requirement for RISI will be used to set further selection criteria for contractors during allocation. Operators should ensure that callers provide confirmation of the need for RISI when this field is visible.

This field is not visible in the job callout screen for clients which do not require RISI.
